Activate the BLEA Network for a Missing Person
To submit a case, the missing person must have a Bluetooth-enabled medical device such as a pacemaker or neurostimulator. We need the device's Bluetooth identifier to activate scanning. This information is available from the patient's monitoring app (e.g. Medtronic MyCareLink, Abbott myMerlinPulse), the patient's device ID card, the device manufacturer, or the patient's cardiologist. A valid police report or FBI case number is required for verification.
A $250 non-refundable case validation fee is required before your case can be processed. This covers case verification with law enforcement, initial setup, and the first month of active monitoring. Subsequent months are $250/month. You can cancel anytime. 100% of any posted rewards go to the device owners whose phones detect the signal. These fees do not cover BLEA's full operating costs, so additional donations are welcome.
